Light a Candle

At the end of every week of camp, we hold a final campfire and candle lighting ceremony for our campers, volunteers and staff, to remember and honor the people in their lives who have died.

With the pandemic of grief we are facing in our world, we created this space for everyone in our community to pause, reflect, and virtually light a candle for someone you have lost.

My love, my dear husband. I miss you so much. Aaron and I are lost without you. I only think of you on two occasions: day and night. Rest in peace, my Jason.

Avalanna Routh

11 years ago God called home one the most precious of angels. Angel Avalanna. The sweetest little princess warrior, who has made an everlasting impact on my life. She taught me so much about myself, the world and life. I'll forever keep her in my heart as I continue on with the fight to make childhood cancer
