Communications Manager
Experience Camps is hiring a Communications Manager that will play a critical role in ensuring Experience Camps’ visibility and engagement in order to drive awareness, community growth, and fundraising support for childhood grief.
This person is the day-to-day owner of our external communications engine: they develop and implement strategic communications plans, manage core content channels (email, blog, website publishing, and select campaigns), and help ensure that the story and voice of Experience Camps are shared creatively, meaningfully, and on-brand across audiences.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and strategic thinker who is equally comfortable drafting and publishing content across Marketing, Innovation, Programs, and Development to bring campaigns and projects to life.
Salary: $65–$75,000, plus comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling
Location: Primarily remote, with periodic travel for events, collaboration, and on-site program participation

Medical Professionals
As a camp nurse, your job is to support the whole program medically throughout the week of camp. As a nurse, you will:
•Conduct health checks and administer medication.
•Care for ill or injured campers.
•Work alongside the full medical team.

Grief Specialist
Grief Specialists are a part of a team of masters-level mental-health professionals who facilitate connection and the development of coping skills. In a Grief Specialist role, you will:
• Facilitate bereavement activities and sharing circles at camp.
• Support campers’ behavioral and emotional needs.
• Attend a one-day orientation the day before camp begins.
• Participate in virtual and on-line training before camp.
