PEOPLE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
Experience Camps is hiring a People Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Operations team and help ensure a high-quality employee experience across the organization. This full-time role focuses on recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding logistics, HR systems administration, and operational support for program and HQ staff.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded professional with 2–5 years of relevant experience who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and working within HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting a mission-driven team. Experience in nonprofit environments, seasonal or program-based staffing, or HRIS and recruiting systems is a plus.

Salary: $55–$65,000, plus comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling

Medical Professionals
As a camp nurse, your job is to support the whole program medically throughout the week of camp. As a nurse, you will:
•Conduct health checks and administer medication.
•Care for ill or injured campers.
•Work alongside the full medical team.

Grief Specialist
Grief Specialists are a part of a team of masters-level mental-health professionals who facilitate connection and the development of coping skills. In a Grief Specialist role, you will:
• Facilitate bereavement activities and sharing circles at camp.
• Support campers’ behavioral and emotional needs.
• Attend a one-day orientation the day before camp begins.
• Participate in virtual and on-line training before camp.
